About PHaSS-IDP The Public Health and Social Sciences – Individual Development Plan (PHaSS-IDP) is designed to help scholars reflect and plan their academic and career paths in public health and social sciences. The PHaSS-IDP provides a systematic and organized approach for self-reflection of scholar skills, career tasks, values, and mission. The PHaSS-IDP includes descriptions and videos of public health and social sciences careers, professional organizations and resources, and fellowship and employment opportunities. The PHaSS-IDP allows the scholar to create and track SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable/Action-oriented, Realistic/Relevant, and Time-bound. There is also a place within the application to build and document the scholar’s mentorship team.
